Position Description

The Department of Human Nutrition invites applications for a part-time Academic Instructor to teach HNU 145 (Introduction to Foods) (3 credits) during the winter term of the academic year.  This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

The successful applicant will have a graduate degree in food science, nutrition or a related field in science, and experience working in an interdisciplinary team.

About the Department

The Department offers a four-year program leading to a BSc in Human Nutrition and BSc in Human Nutrition Honours degrees and has an Integrated Dietetic Internship program.
