Baldwin Brothers is a seasonal landscaping and snowplowing service, exclusively servicing municipalities and commercial properties. Baldwin Brothers has a fantastic opportunity for a general labourer to serve the public sector for winter control operations. We are seeking an individual.

Guaranteed hours. Baldwin Brothers offers potential to year-round employment.

We require a person willing to work with a valid drivers license. All training will be provided.

General Labourer:

In this key role, you will work closely with your team to ensure winter control services remain in compliance with all established regulations and requirements, provide service in a timely manner as specified in the contract, while ensuring a safe working environment for staff and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proper cleaning of equipment
  • Ensure production schedule is always being followed
  • Able to follow task directions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (8 hour 10 hour and 12 hour)
  • Punctuality and good attendance needed
  • Strong attention to safety policies and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Long periods of standing and shoveling
  • Repetitive lifting required
