The Opportunity

Experienced Junior Web Developer (Fun, Creative & Collaborative)

We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and collaborative Junior Web Developer who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and loves bringing ideas to life. If you like contributing fresh ideas, building great things with a team (and sometimes independently), and taking ownership of your projects, you'll fit right in. We want someone who's excited to work on a wide range of projects, experiment with new approaches, and help shape user experiences that truly delight.

What You'll Do

• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible front-end experiences
• Build, test, and launch clean, functional websites and web features – including Webflow and WordPress
• Work closely with designers, writers, and other developers to bring ideas to life
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions during team discussions
• Help maintain, update, and improve existing websites and platforms
• Work on a mix of projects—from small landing pages to interactive components
• Support simple integrations, CMS setups, and light deployments
• Bring positivity, curiosity, and good vibes to the team

What You Bring

Core Technical Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on web development experience
• Solid foundation in HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Responsive and accessible design and Git / GitHub
• Familiarity with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, etc.)
• Basic understanding of deployments (Netlify, Vercel, cPanel) or willingness to learn
• Webflow proficiency:

Able to build full sites and templates. Comfortable with interactions, animations, and responsive layouts
- WordPress experience:

Familiar with theme customization, templates, and plugin usage. Understanding of WordPress CMS structure and content workflows
- Figma competency:

Able to interpret design files, layouts, and components. Can translate Figma designs accurately into pixel-perfect builds

Nice-to-Have

• TypeScript,  or Vue 3, Tailwind CSS, Experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, Contentful), Light backend exposure , Express, REST APIs), PHP, Python, or SQL.
