We are currently seeking PSWs to provide exceptional in home client care using their acquired skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

Choice Healthcare requires candidates to provide:

Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experienceValid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Proficiency to communicate in English (verbal and written)Availability to work every other weekendReliability and FlexibilityAbility to speak other languages is considered an assetAccess to internet/mobile phoneHigh energy and excellent communication skills
