We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for auto body repair and a strong Auto body knowledge base. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive collision repairs.
  • Valid Red Seal certification.
  • Valid BC driver's license required.
  • Ability to properly lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) regularly.
  • Commitment to continuous learning to update industry knowledge.
  • Fluency in English and can understand instructions given clearly.
  • Cantonese or Mandarin would be a huge asset but not required.

Responsibilities:

Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs needed to restore the vehicle.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform body repairs, including pulling, welding, and sanding.

Replace or repair damaged parts, such as bumpers, doors, and fenders.

Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.

Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used.
