We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team

Position Overview:
As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for a variety of commercial properties. You will conduct thorough inspections, develop customized pest management plans, and apply treatments in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough pest inspections for commercial properties including office buildings, restaurants, warehouses, and industrial facilities.
  • Identify pest-related issues, assess risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Apply pesticides and treatments safely and effectively according to company protocols and legal guidelines.
  • Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to prevent recurring pest issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and materials used.
  • Communicate directly with clients to explain findings, recommend actions, and answer any questions.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve pest-related problems.
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines when handling pesticides, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and attend regular training to stay current with pest control best practices and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial pest control or a related field.
  • Valid pest control technician certification and/or licensure as required by state/local regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Experience working with commercial clients in industries such as food service, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
  • Familiarity with advanced pest control technologies and treatments.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
