Intermediate to Senior Project Manager

Total Rewards

  • $85,000 to $125,000 dependent on experience

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Drive project teams through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation phases
  • Oversee tender packages and outline specifications with precision
  • Manage Contract Administration (CA) and uphold top-tier standards
  • Perform code and bylaw analysis, ensuring flawless quality control
  • Collaborate with consultants and review deliverables for accuracy
  • Keep budgets, schedules, and invoices on track like a pro
  • Build a culture of collaboration and guide junior staff to success
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders

You Bring

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in BC or Canada
  • Expertise in Revit ACC (BIM) and knowledge of BCBC 2024
  • Eligible for AIBC registration
  • Proven technical design and project delivery skills
  • Familiarity with Passive House, Step Code, and LEED standards
  • Understanding of CCDC contracts and CA procedures
  • Valid BC Driver's License
