Fabrication Saw Lead

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Fabrication Saw Lead to join our growing team at our Lakeshore facility. Positions are direct-hire and full-time. Must also have own dependable transportation as we are located in the Lakeshore area and not on a bus route.

Individuals will be responsible for leading a team in our Fabrication department, operating a variety of industrial saws to cut aluminum extruded parts to customer specifications. Duties will primarily center on machine operation, and leading a team of production staff. Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Will be required to work 12-hour shifts on the weekend (Fri through Sunday) with a monthly rotation from days to nights (6:00 am to 6:00 pm/ 6:00 pm to 6:00 am). Health benefit enrollment after probation.
