Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and integration, with a focus on enhancing our CRM capabilities. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with VMware for virtualized environments.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of VPN technologies for secure connectivity.
  • Proficient in programming languages including Java, SQL, Python, and Shell Scripting (Bash).
  • Experience with Oracle databases for data management.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
