Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Edmonton, AB. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, training and supervising team members, monitoring store performance, and addressing customer needs. The Store Manager will also implement retail loss prevention strategies to safeguard store assets and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills to lead a team and resolve customer queries effectively
- Experience in achieving customer satisfaction and handling feedback
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or management are a plus
