This position is responsible for overseeing electrical design activities, providing expert-level insight, and serving as a trusted advisor to both internal leadership and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and project documentation, delivering clear, actionable comments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineers and designers, fostering strong collaboration and elevating team performance.
• Advise the Project Manager and Director on project execution strategies, offering informed recommendations that support schedule, budget, and technical objectives.
• Participate in client meetings to present technical and commercial recommendations, helping shape solutions that align with client needs and project goals.
• Lead and contribute to electrical design efforts, ensuring robust, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions across all project phases.
