What You BringProven Experience: 5+ years of professional web development experience, including 2+ years with modern frameworks like Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable codebases.CMS Mastery: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as , Contentful, or similar.Optimization Skills: Proficiency in web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices.Data-Driven: Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Track record of working effectively with teams across Marketing, Product, and Design.Leadership Ability: Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker who can quickly diagnose issues and deliver impactful solutions.Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
