Overview

360 Care Denman Pharmacy is a patient-focused, community pharmacy located in the heart of Vancouver's West End. We pride ourselves on personalized care, clinical services, and building long-term relationships with our patients.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist who is motivated, clinically driven, and interested in growing into a Pharmacy Manager role.

This role is ideal for a pharmacist who wants stability now and leadership opportunities in the near future. You will work closely with ownership and the existing team, with the potential to transition into a management position as experience and fit align.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely in accordance with BC College of Pharmacists standards
  • Provide patient counselling and medication reviews
  • Administer injections and support expanded scope services
  • Collaborate with technicians and assistants to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Build strong relationships with patients and prescribers
  • Support operational and clinical initiatives
  • Opportunity to take on leadership and management responsibilities over time

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists
  • Injection certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in leadership, management, and pharmacy operations is an asset
  • Community pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

Requirements

  • Valid pharmacist license with current registration in BC
  • Prior experience in LTC pharmacy, critical care, or hospital settings is highly desirable
  • Completion of a pharmacy residency or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medication administration protocols
  • Experience with pharmacy software systems. Kroll knowledge is an asset.
  • Skills in compounding medications and aseptic technique for sterile preparations
  • Familiarity with inventory management and medication safety protocols
  • Ability to perform patient assessments and provide comprehensive patient care services
  • Knowledge of immunizations administration and IV infusion procedures
  • Experience working within EMR systems and hospital environments is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and interdisciplinary collaboration

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
