Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Manage cash handling and account charging duties with precision and accountability
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health regulations
• Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing detailed product knowledge
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

• Proven restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or banquet environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings

Contract length: 3.5 months

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
