Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our healthcare team supporting our Pediatric Division. You will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a home care environment.

Duties

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Skills

- Customer service skills to interact effectively with patients and their families

- Proficiency in computer operation for maintaining electronic health records

- Knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

- Strong command of English language for clear communication

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Ability to provide compassionate patient care

This role may require physical activities such as bending, lifting, transferring, or engaging in play, care, or support with individuals aged 0–19. You must be able to safely perform these duties, either with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $37.54-$58.95 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
