Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 10–12 years of hands-on expertise in SAP authorization management, role design, and implementation of GRC solutions across multiple SAP modules and landscapes. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management while supporting audit, compliance, and SOX requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles for ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, BTP, and other integrated applications.
- Configure and support SAP GRC modules — Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) and Process Control.
- Manage user provisioning, access reviews, SoD analysis, firefighting process, and role remediation.
- Work closely with internal/external auditors for ITGC, SOX, and compliance activities.
- Analyze security incidents and perform root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
- Support security for SAP upgrades, new module deployments, system copies, and project cutovers.
- Collaborate with functional and BASIS teams for security requirements, testing, and documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
- 10–12 years of experience in SAP Security & GRC (Access Control 10.x/12 preferred).
- Deep knowledge of SoD ruleset design, risk remediation, and mitigation.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori catalog/role design and authorization troubleshooting.
- Experience in S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield projects is an advantage.
- Understanding of IDM, Azure AD, or other identity management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate — SAP Access Control / SAP Security (Preferred, not mandatory)
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
