Position Overview

We're searching for a Manager, Product Management to join our Personal Lines product portfolio team in a Remote or Hybrid environment.  You'll drive product strategy, coach high-performing teams, and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for solving customer problems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple product teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Influences team success and product execution through proactive and hands-on leadership. Fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
  • Set clear objectives and remove roadblocks to ensure efficient execution with high-value and high-quality enterprise-level solutions.
  • Drive roadmap planning and release management through market research and data analysis.
  • Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Evaluate team capabilities and implement improvement plans.
  • Evangelize product vision and customer value through compelling storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Marketing, CX, Sales, Revenue, and Finance to define and execute strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market and post-launch activities for product and feature releases.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience in leading product ceremonies across teams and ensuring that product roadmaps are being executed effectively.
  • Represent team progress and needs in cross-department forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product operations and team performance.
  • Navigate ambiguity and lead complex, multi-team initiatives with clarity and confidence.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Recruit and retain top product talent, building a high-performing team.

We're Excited to Learn More About You

Your experience may include:

  • 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or Insurtech.
  • Demonstrated success leading a product team to successful outcome achievement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience managing roadmaps, product ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment.

You may have other skills or credentials, including: [Limit to 3]

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience with API's
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
  • Insurance industry exposure
