Greenspace Landscaping & Outdoor Living, Landscape Technician (Design/Build)

Location: Windsor–Essex County, ON

Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $23/hr, up to $28+/hr (based on skill and relevant experience)

What you'll be doing

• Hardscape installation: interlock patios, walkways, retaining walls, base prep, drainage
• Softscape installation: grading, site prep, garden beds, planting, soil, mulch, sod (as needed)
• Carpentry and structures: decks, pergolas, fencing, landscape structures
• Work from landscape plans and support the crew lead with project execution
• Safely operate power tools and (as trained) larger equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional job site
• Support seasonal touch-ups and care of installed features when needed
• Contribute positively to the crew's daily workflow and culture

• Quality work, built to plan, with pride and attention to detail
• Clean and safe sites at the end of every day
• Good communication, problems flagged early, steady progress as a team
• Respectful, professional presence on client properties
