POSITION OVERVIEW
As a student, you will support the Client Contact Centre team with a variety of tasks, including:
Support Analysts with requests: Help organize and prioritize incoming requests (phone, email, chat).
Data Validation: Check the accuracy and consistency of client information in systems, following security and confidentiality procedures.
Compile required documents for additional financing requests or rejections, ensuring clarity in explanations provided by analysts.
Team Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with analysts and internal representatives to ensure smooth workflow.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, initiative and attention to details.
Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements).
Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.
Bilingualism in English and French is required.
