Pearse Partners are working with a leading large cap Infrastructure fund who are expanding their investment team in Toronto at the Associate level.

The successful candidate will support the assessment, execution, and management of investetments across: data centers & digital hubs, power/transmission, connectivity, and compute-adjacent assets. Target sectors include Digital Infrastructure, Power, Utilities, and Infra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain detailed
    financial models
    to analyze investment opportunities
  • Assist in
    deal execution
    : due diligence, financial review, and preparation of investment materials
  • Conduct
    market research
    on sectors, policy developments, competitors, and technology trends
  • Support
    portfolio monitoring
    and performance analysis of existing investments
  • Prepare high-quality
    presentations and reports
    for internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 years M&A experience at a leading Telco/Infra M&A team
  • Strong
    financial modelling
    and
    cash flow analysis
    skills
  • Familiarity with
    infrastructure due diligence
    and legal/financial documentation review
