The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex solutions, guiding the technical direction of the team, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Experience with AI technologies, especially AI chatbots, will be a strong advantage.

The opportunity:

·   Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).

·   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

·   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·   Architect and implement complex business logic and integrations.

·   Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

·   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

·   Contribute to AI chatbot development or integration efforts, where applicable.

·   Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

What you need:

·   Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • ·   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
