We design, install, and service complete residential mechanical systems including boilers, hydronics, HVAC, radiant heating, and refrigeration. Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Boiler & Hydronics Technician with a strong background in boilers, radiant heating, hydronic piping systems, gas service, HVAC, and refrigeration. You will work on premium residential projects such as radiant in-floor heating, snow melt systems, indirect hot water, and multi-zone hydronic heating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers and hydronic heating systems
  • Work with radiant tubing, manifolds, pumps, and hydronic piping
  • Set up and service indirect domestic hot water tanks
  • Service snow melt systems, slim radiators, cast-iron radiators, and hybrid hydronic systems
  • Perform related HVAC, refrigeration, and gas work as required
  • Interpret and apply mechanical drawings and hydronic schematics
  • Maintain professional customer communication and site cleanliness
  • Travel to job sites across GTA and Cottage Country (vehicle or allowance provided)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Gas Technician 2 (G2) or higher
  • Proven field experience with boiler systems and hydronic systems
  • Valid Driver's License and clean abstract
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capability
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly with customers and builders

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Navien, Uponor, Tekmar, Calefactio, Caleffi, NTI, IBC
  • Knowledge of multi-zone hydronic control strategies
  • 313A / 313D Refrigeration license
  • High-end residential or custom home project experience
