Position Overview:
OpenText Developer & Support Analyst
–
12 month contract
Onsite in Regina preferred
but
remote will be considered
The successful candidate will provide:

  • Break/fix support, system administration, development, upgrades, and application management across OpenText Content Server, AppWorks, Extended ECM, and related platforms.
  • Development of workflows, templates, reports, automations, and administration tasks.
  • Collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical specifications and design documents
  • Application configurations
  • Operational guides
  • Upgrade guides
  • Installation guides
  • Deployment plans
  • System Reports
  • Disaster recovery procedures
  • KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles) related to common issues, FAQs, how to and workarounds for known issues

Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Formal OpenText training (including but not limited to):
  • Formal OpenText Content Server developer/administrator training
  • Formal OpenText AppWorks developer/administrator training
