Private Client Manager (Personal Insurance & Autopac – Manitoba)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a client-focused
Private Client Manager
to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you'll provide personalized insurance solutions, manage MPI/Autopac transactions, and deliver outstanding service that builds trust and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients with professionalism and care.
  • Process MPI/Autopac transactions, renewals, and driver licensing accurately and efficiently.
  • Review renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Write new home, condo, tenant, and auto policies, along with travel and watercraft coverage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records in
    Applied Systems EPIC
    .
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in personal lines or Autopac within a brokerage.
  • Minimum Level 1 Agent/Broker License (Level 2 and IWS Certification as an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of MPI/Autopac and personal insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with
    EPIC
    and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset
