About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant, Human Resources to join the HR Service Center team.

We are a dynamic team of professionals with solid HR expertise, dedicated and trained to answer questions from our employees and managers. We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative and high-quality solutions. What you'll do here:

• Analyze and respond to employees' inquiries via phone or email based on HR best practices and using our documented knowledge base 

• Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution  

• Collaborate with different teams in order to find solutions to different requests 

• Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects 

• Participate in maintaining the knowledge base up to date to ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommends updates and improvements 

• Participate in different projects 

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or in the process of obtaining soon) or any relevant field.

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration and provides excellent customer service.

• Positive attitude, autonomy and sense of ethic.

• Bilingualism in English and French is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
