is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable fast food restaurant, for the position of
Team Member
. This is a great opportunity for candidates with leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and provide feedback to support performance and growth.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure fast, friendly service; address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Food Quality & Safety:
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, enforce safety regulations, and conduct routine inspections.
  • Operational Support:
  • Manage inventory, control costs, optimize daily operations, and handle production and quality paperwork.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for all staff members.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts (morning, day, and evening)
  • Monday to Friday availability
  • Weekend availability required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Inside Canada:
    Minimum 6 months of experience in food & beverage
  • Outside Canada:
    Minimum 3 years of experience in food & beverage
  • Minimum
    CLB 6
    in English
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable with technology used in food service
