Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and deliver finance transformation initiatives
  • Work across the
    SDLC
    in roles including Business Analyst, Onshore Coordinator, and Manager
  • Develop and manage
    user stories, epics, test scenarios
    , and related functional documentation
  • Apply structured business analysis methods and tools to govern and control programs
  • Support middle-office functions including financial and regulatory reporting

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–6 years of experience as a
    Finance / Business Analyst
  • Experience in the
    Banking & Capital Markets
    domain
  • Strong knowledge of
    Treasury and Capital Markets
    , including:
  • Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives
  • Interest Rate Swaps and FX products
  • Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, FX Risk, and Interest Rate Risk
  • Mark-to-Market (MTM), VaR, Stress Testing, and
    Basel III
  • Financial accounting and P&L operations from a
    middle-office
    perspective
  • Proven experience in
    finance transformation programs
  • Ability to work effectively with
    cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments
