Prairie Co-op is hiring a Part Time Fresh Food Clerk Driver for our Prairie Locations. The position will be based out of Fort Qu'Appelle or Melville.

What you'll do:

The Fresh Food Clerk Driver is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all Prairie Co-op locations and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

  • Responsible for delivery of product within Prairie Co-op locations and external locations as required.
  • Will be responsible for working independently as well as within various teams within Prairie Co-op.
  • Ensures prompt and efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times to maintain high customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction is met. Promotes and ensures all company and food safety policies and procedures are met, including the safe handling and storage of product.
  • Assist in ensuring all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensure safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Who you are:

If you are looking for a career in Customer Service and have:

  • You have a valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Must be willing to acquire forklift and propane certification which will be provided on site. You have a strong commitment to excellence and strive to be the best in what you do.

  • You are a role model in promoting workplace Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
