Senior Business Analyst
, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology teams - helping define, document, and deliver solutions that create real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for agile teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to map current workflows and design future state solutions.
  • Write clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Support testing, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout delivery.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and ensure ongoing process enhancements.

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • P&C insurance or claims experience is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage.
