Job Type: Full-Time – Current Vacancy

Salary:
$115,000 - $165,000

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Ingersoll facilities, including Maintenance, Production, and Production Planning. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operations while supporting business growth and continuous improvement.

  • Manage complex, multi-department manufacturing operations
  • Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Make sound decisions in high-pressure operational environments
  • Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution
  • Manage multiple priorities across multiple facilities

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of related experience in manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in production, maintenance, and operations management
  • Experience managing multi-department or multi-site manufacturing operations

Knowledge

  • Manufacturing processes and operations management
  • Production planning, maintenance management, and capacity planning systems
  • Continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence principles
  • Health & Safety legislation and manufacturing compliance requirements
  • Performance measurement systems and KPI Management
  • Strategic and operational planning in a manufacturing environment
