Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Consultant to join our team, in a full time and part time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for Jewellery sales, and the ability to deliver engaging product presentations. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and supporting sales initiatives across various retail environments. The Consultant will play a key role in driving sales growth through effective upselling, merchandising, and personalized consultations.

Duties

  • Conduct informative and engaging product presentations to prospective clients
  • Assist customers with product selection, ensuring their needs are met with suitable solutions
  • Promote and upsell products through effective communication and persuasive techniques
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience
  • Support merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and store layouts
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with clients and schedule appointments or consultations
  • Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

  • 5 year of Jewellery sales experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present products confidently and clearly
  • Knowledge of product presentations, technical sales, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Phone etiquette skills for professional client communication
  • Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
