The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. has multiple entry-level positions available in the Sanitation Department.

Sanitation Technician Job Description

· Responsible for performing all tasks related to facility cleanliness, including but not limited to:

1. Cleaning grow rooms (ceilings, walls, grow tables, floors, lights)

2. Sweeping & mopping production hallways

3. Washing grow equipment & supplies

4. Disposing of waste

5. General office area cleaning (offices, lunchroom, gowning area, bathrooms)

6. Re-stocking of personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Production Practices (GPP)

· Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP's and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

· Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned.

Required Job Skills

· Ability to work with Isopropyl Alcohol and other chemicals/cleaners

· Desire to learn with a positive attitude

· Ability to follow direction and stay on task

· Effective communication – verbal and in writing

· Ability to work in a team environment and independently

· Have strong attention to detail

· Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks

· Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
