We're Hiring: Parts Counter Sales Representative

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team of enthusiasts.

About the Role: As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:

  • Greet and assist customers with their parts needs in a friendly and professional manner both over the counter and by phone,
  • Provide expert consultation on parts, ensuring customers get the right products for their needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product lines.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for all our customers.
  • Have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude to learn and keep current with model year changes and product lines.

The ideal candidate will have (please provide details for the following bullet points in a cover letter or within your resume):

  • Knowledge of and experience in parts systems, inventory control procedures, and sales environments.
  • Must have experience with motor vehicle mechanics preferably ATVs and/or snowmobiles, whether professionally or as a hobbyist as this position requires the ability to find the appropriate diagram and locate a part number with a customer waiting.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with using search tools copy/paste, send screenshots etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills.
