Position Details:

  • Part-Time Schedule: Flexible part-time hours to suit your needs.

  • Competitive Pay Structure: Independent Contractor or Employee contract available. We offer a fair pay structure based on a percentage split, with additional incentives that ensures your dedication and hard work are rewarded accordingly.

  • Medical Benefits: Offered to full-time staff.

  • Start Date: We are seeking a new team member to start in January 2026.

If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:

· Master's or Doctoral degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.

· Registered with The Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists.

· Experience providing therapy and intervention services for adults, teenagers, and athletes/sports-related clients.

· Experience in a clinical setting, with a strong preference for candidates who provide integrative care as part of a team.

· A client-centric mindset, focusing on individualized care plans and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with other healthcare providers.
