Typical Day in Role:


• Tech Stack: MERN Stack – Mongo, SQL, Redis.


• Full Stack Role: 50/50 split.


• Design and develop full-stack applications aligned with business requirements.


• Implement robust APIs and front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.


• Collaborate on roadmap initiatives and contribute to technical decisions.

Must Have Skills:

1) 10+ years' experience in web development.

2) REST API Design & Integration – 3+ years.

3) 3+ years' MERN Stack experience: React, – Including production deployment, SQL / MongoDB - Database design and integration, Redis – Understanding of caching strategies and session management.

4) Modern JS Tooling – ES6+, Webpack, Babel, Jest (2+ years).

5) Authentication & Security – OAuth2 or similar (2+ years).

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Object-Oriented & Functional Design – 3+ years.

2) HTML/CSS/SASS – Familiarity with BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS, CSS3 Animations (2+ years).

3) Server-Side Rendering experience.

4) Accessibility & Internationalization (JAWS, VoiceOver).

5)Strong estimation and planning skills.

Soft Skills Required:


• Clear, confident communication and collaboration across teams.

Education:

Bachelor's in technical field.

Web development certifications/bootcamps are an asset.
