Job Title: General Maintenance & Construction Worker

About the Role: LTS Investments is seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our full-time team. This position requires a confident and self-motivated individual who can take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision. The role combines general carpentry and renovation skills with year-round property maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, mudding, taping, and painting
• Work with wood, woodworking tools, and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with property maintenance tasks such as: Grass cutting, landscaping, and seasonal property cleanups (spring/fall), Snow removal, including operating a plow truck in the winter months
• Safely operate and maintain various equipment and tools
• Haul materials and equipment using a trailer (must be able to pull and back up trailers)
• Complete assigned renovation and construction tasks with minimal supervision
• Support construction projects,

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry/renovation experience (drywalling, mudding, taping, painting, woodworking)
• Experience using hand tools, woodworking tools, and power tools
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be able to pull and back up trailers)
• Experience operating a plow truck an asset
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
• Physically capable of performing manual labor (lifting, bending, outdoor work in various weather conditions)
• Flexibility to assist with both construction and property maintenance tasks
