We are currently looking for a SAP Integration Tester for one of our client based out in Canada. Please apply if you are interested.

Title: SAP Integration Tester

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Ottawa, ON/Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute integration test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SuccessFactors interfaces
  • Perform end-to-end testing of inbound and outbound integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and downstream systems
  • Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, error handling, and reconciliation across systems
  • Test integrations with: SAP ECC Payroll, Time and Attendance systems, Benefits platforms, Banking interfaces, Third-party benefits providers.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution
  • Support regression testing during system upgrades, patches, and releases
  • Ensure integrations comply with security, data privacy, and compliance standards
  • Provide clear test status reporting and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors interfaces to downstream and third-party systems is required
    , including integrations with: SAP ECC Payroll, Time, Benefits, Banks, Third-party benefits providers
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors certification (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with integration testing methodologies and tools
  • Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits business processes
  • Experience testing file-based, API, and middleware-based integrations
  • Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other middleware platforms
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements in HR systems
