Summary

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager for our hotel in Lethbridge. This key role involves overseeing guest relations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding hospitality services to our guests. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism.
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold service standards.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor hotel operations to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing reservations and special requests from guests.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of GSM experience required
  • Attention will be given to Hospitality Education graduates
