What You'll Be Doing

Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day preparation of menu items in accordance with all Leo's standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety.
  • Consistent and organized.
  • Cook, prep and do whatever it takes to ensure the kitchen runs like a (very clean) well-oiled machine.
  • Responsible for closing dutie
  • Keep up to date on Leo's specials, practices and communication with managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.
  • Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN
