Nous sommes à la recherche de préposé(e) au petit-déjeuner. Nous recherchons quelqu'un ayant de l'expérience soit dans le domaine de la restauration ou dans les déjeuner d'hôtel. Sous la supervision de la directrice et du superviseur de l'entretien ménager, le ou la titulaire du poste devra accomplir les tâches suivantes:

Ø Préparation et présentation de la nourriture pour le service du petit-déjeuner

Ø Mettre en place et stocker des articles de petit-déjeuner et des ustensiles de service

Ø Mise en place et démontage des tables, des chaises et des aliments

Ø Maintenir une aire de service de petit-déjeuner propre et ordonnée

Ø Fournir un service rapide et professionnel aux clients

Ø Être bien présenté et en uniforme approprié en tout temps

Ø Préparer et maintenir l'inventaire des aliments

Ø Rangez la livraison de nourriture au besoin

Ø Aider tous les autres membres de l'équipe sur demande

Ø Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Doit être disponible tous les week-ends et jours fériés

APTITUDES, QUALITÉS ET HABILETÉS:

La personne idéale pour cette opportunité aura une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie hôtelière et possédera une certification actuelle de manipulateur d'aliments. Doit avoir la capacité de soulever, de se plier, de déplacer de l'équipement lourd et de rester debout pendant de longues périodes. Doit être axé sur le travail en équipe, avoir de bonnes compétences en communication et se consacrer à fournir un excellent service pour garantir le respect des normes les plus élevées. Doit être ponctuel, fiable et capable de travailler les fins de semaines et les jours fériés.
