Allstar Energy Inc. is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice to join our team

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade from experienced professionals in a supportive, small-business environment. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while receiving mentorship and guidance from our seasoned electricians. This role requires a dedicated professional with technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and components
  • Work under supervision of a licensed electrician to ensure safety and code compliance
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment safely and effectively
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform service work as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Allstar Energy Inc. with professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
  • Follow safety standards and company policies

Requirements

  • Registered 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice in Nova Scotia
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driver abstract
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely
  • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
