Land Surveyor
An exciting opportunity is available for a Land Surveyor to join a growing and respected organization working on major infrastructure and civil projects across Northern British Columbia.
In this role, you'll take the lead in field surveying activities, overseeing crews and ensuring the accuracy of topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys. You'll be responsible for both the technical fieldwork and the critical computations and drafting work that bring projects to life. Using the latest surveying technology, you'll process and analyze data, prepare high-quality plans, and collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to drive project success.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in surveying — ideally with a BCLS designation or currently / open to working toward it — and is comfortable leading teams on-site. You are equally confident running field operations as you are working through detailed drafting and office computations. With your strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for precision, you'll play a key role in building essential infrastructure for communities across Northern BC.
This position offers competitive compensation, full-time year-round work, and a positive, safety-focused team environment. It's an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference.
