Position Overview:

We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our cleaning team for a contract located in Bells Corners. The ideal candidate will have access to reliable transportation and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Location:

Bells Corners – Richmond Road, Ottawa

Schedule:

  • Monday: 1.5 hours (flexible between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Tuesday: 1 hours (flexible between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Wednesday : 1.5 hours (flexible between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Thursday : 1 hours (flexible between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Friday : 1 hours (flexible between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
  • Occasional fill-in shifts may be required

Flexible - means you can go anytime to complete the length of cleaning it requires for instance the current employee is onsite at 6am to complete before their full time Job

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies,
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and perform physical tasks
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
