Client Concierge

Royal Bay Dental Co. is growing and seeking to fill its next Client Concierge position to create a world class team and experience at our state of the art dental practice.

The Client Concierge position is a hybrid role of concierge customer service alongside business administration qualifications. The individual who is likely to find the most success in this position would embody a high level of interpersonal skills, a kind and social nature, and an understanding of the business foundations that accompany this role. For your best success in this role we are only considering applicants at this time who have previous dental experience and familiarity with billing, dental insurance and dental coding and terminology. An ability to maintain calm and composure while managing the many tasks and responsibilities that this position entails is of great importance in the individual we are seeking for this role.

A foundation of experience in dentistry, either in an administrative or clinical setting, are a requirement for the current role we are seeking to fill. Experience in a customer service position and a strong ability to display the interpersonal, communication, organization and professional skills are valued criteria for the Client Concierge position.

In this role you will be,

• The point contact for client communication
• Maintaining and creating provider schedules with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• A source of knowledge and information for client inquiries
• Collecting payment and ensuring accuracy of accounts
• Understanding and managing insurance plans
• Accommodating and available to ensure exceptional client experiences
