In this role, you will create a warm, friendly atmosphere by greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a lively environment dedicated to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required
- 16 years or older
