Esthetician/Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering professional services, promoting retail products, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty. The Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through personalized care and expert advice.

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, Japanese head spa.
• Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures.
• Assist clients with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products to enhance their results.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining client records.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer current services.
• Support promotional activities through product demonstrations and special events to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Esthetician or Cosmetologist. Training provided for the right individual with fee covered by the salon if you do not have certification.
• Experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions, consultations, and team collaboration.
• Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks is a plus.
