About the Role:

The Education Manager will design and lead Bushbalm's education programs for the professional community. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery — developing engaging learning experiences, hosting webinars and virtual training events, and building a consistent, high-impact education framework that supports Bushbalm's professional channel growth.

Education Strategy & Program Development

• Build and execute Bushbalm's professional education strategy, aligning with brand and sales objectives.
• Develop certification programs and structured learning paths for estheticians and spa partners.
• Ensure education reflects current industry trends, product innovation, and professional best practices.

Product Knowledge Onboarding

• Create product knowledge (PK) onboarding modules for both internal and external audiences.
• Oversee training for new employees and facilitate new esthetician orientations to ensure consistent brand education.

Educational Content Development

• Write and develop detailed product guides, collaborating with the design team on visual layout and branding.
• Create educational materials for all new product launches tailored to both sales teams and professional customers.
• Maintain and update all educational assets within Bushbalm's professional education hub.

Webinars & Digital Learning

• Lead the scheduling and content planning of Bushbalm webinars.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver engaging, on-brand digital learning sessions.
• Analyze participant feedback and continuously enhance virtual learning experiences.

Educational Events & Community Engagement

• Support and contribute to Bushbalm Summit, professional tradeshows, and regional training events.
• Represent Bushbalm by leading tradeshow classes, demonstrations, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and engage key professional accounts through education initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure educational messaging is consistent and effective.
• Act as a liaison between Bushbalm and the Esthetics community, gathering insights to inform product and training strategies.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in education, training, or brand management within the beauty, skincare, or professional spa industry.
• Licensed Esthetician or equivalent professional skincare experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging educational content across multiple formats (live, virtual, written).
• Experience coordinating webinars, tradeshows, or educational events.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
