The Delivery Drivers will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with our customers, and suppliers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner. The driver also supports overall store operations to meet excellent customer service and operational standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safe and efficient movement of product
  • Checking invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer
  • Accounting for cash on COD (Collect on Delivery) orders, and maintaining an accurate, detailed delivery log
  • Comply with customer service delivery strategies and delivery tracking procedures
  • Ensure proper utilization of delivery management tools and systems
  • Organize pick-up of customer returns and cores
  • Checking in stock orders and stocking products on the shelves
  • Cleaning and routine maintenance functions for the delivery vehicle and the store
  • Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials

Job Requirements:

  • 1-year of driving experience with a valid "G" class or above Ontario Driver License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be a permanent resident or have a work permit
  • Heavy Duty/Automotive Parts supply experience is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends

Education / Certification

Heavy Duty / Automotive Parts and industrial parts supply background and/or knowledge, 1-year delivery experience, high school diploma, valid driver's license & clean driver abstract.
