You'll partner with the Office Brokerage division on high-impact marketing campaigns for an impressive portfolio of premium listings.We're seeking a detail-oriented storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills to bring listings to life. The ideal candidate will juggle multiple priorities and have a natural talent for translating complex information into clear, persuasive marketing materials.This is a fixed term assignment until June 2027. This role works on-site at our downtown office.What your day-to-day will look like:Prepare content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail, ad campaigns, signage, and events; Develop brochures, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials for the Calgary Office teamDevelop social media marketing campaigns for relevant stakeholders, execute local client events, and to support the public relations action plan as needed; collaborate with the National Marketing TeamDevelop market surveys, tour books, and other client presentation aides Host broker open houses, including onsite staffing and management of outside vendors Implement the local market tactics, as communicated by the Property Marketing Manager, from JLL Canada's annual marketing plan based on corporate strategic goalsCoordinate third-party photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our marketing automation tool (Eloqua experience an asset) Developing creative briefs; engage with Design Team and other marketing partners Collaborate with marketers, designers, business partners and third-party vendorsMaintain required competencies around all required software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Eloqua, and others as requiredRequired Qualifications:2 + years of relevant work experience preferred;Adobe InDesign and Photoshop proficiency required Adaptability; ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people Strong organizational and time management; ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks concurrentlyIs a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently with a sense of urgency; proactive & develops the ability to anticipate needs of the businessExcellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely, strong presentation skillsImpeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step Discreet; ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise professionalism, and utilize judgement Role may require occasional on-call activity outside of office hours; travel required:
