Role Description
This is a part-time permanent on-site role for an Apple Technician, based in Ajax, ON. The Apple Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. Day-to-day tasks include performing hardware and software repairs, providing technical support and advice to customers, managing inventory of repair parts, and ensuring that all repairs are carried out in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines. The technician will also keep detailed records of work performed and maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their devices.
Qualifications
- Experience with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks
- Technical support and customer service skills
- Knowledge of both hardware and software repair techniques
- Ability to manage inventory and keep detailed records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to repair guidelines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A certification in Apple device repair is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous.
Schedule
Monday & Tuesday: 10am to 6pm
Friday: 2pm to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 2pm
